SILBERTEST GRZEGORZ ŁABUZ is implementing a project:

Project Title: Development of the SILBERTEST GRZEGORZ ŁABUZ enterprise through investment in fixed assets, intangible assets, and advisory services, leading to increased company competitiveness and employment.

Tasks and activities to be implemented within the project:
TASK 1: Purchase of fixed assets and intangible assets

  • CAD/CAM Software

  • Computers (2 pcs.)

  • 5-axis milling machine with tooling

  • Compressor

  • Air supply system

  • Lathe tooling set (cylindrical grinder, small hardening furnace, sandblaster)

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)

  • Metrological equipment and a hardness tester

  • Laboratory area (modular plates, doors, air conditioning)

  • ERP Software

TASK 2: CAD design consulting

  1. Advisory service in CAD design

Target Groups:

The primary target group for the Applicant’s offerings are factories that manufacture automotive parts.

Project Goals:

BENEFITS RESULTING FROM PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

  • Reduced production time. The average production time from order placement to final product delivery is currently about 8 weeks. After the project’s implementation, this time will be reduced by approximately 50%, i.e., to approx. 2 weeks.

  • No need to use subcontractors, i.e., no further transfer of confidential information.

  • Comprehensive service. Thanks to the planned investment, the Applicant will gain the ability to produce even the most complex and precise products.

  • Increased quality capabilities. The project’s implementation will enhance the quality and durability of the manufactured equipment. The increase in quality capabilities is estimated at 30-50%.

  • No downtime in the company’s operations.

  • The offered product implementation services will be comprehensive, and the quality and precision of the equipment will be at the highest level. This, combined with experience in fulfilling individual orders and industry knowledge (automotive and aviation), will guarantee the Applicant a leading position in the market.

Project Effects and Results:
As a result of the project, SILBERTEST will implement a product innovation on a national scale, understood as providing a comprehensive service in the manufacturing of production tooling. The company possesses the relevant experience and necessary industry knowledge but, due to a lack of specialized technical facilities, is forced to use external companies, which entails a number of inconveniences and problems.

Thanks to the project, the company will diversify its offerings through a significant improvement of its products, and the aforementioned problems will be completely eliminated. As a result of the project, the Applicant will expand its range of services, becoming capable of manufacturing even the most complex and precise production tooling in-house, i.e., without the involvement of subcontractors or the need to entrust confidential client data. Quality capabilities will increase by 30-50%, products will be characterized by higher durability and precision, and the lead time for individual orders will be reduced by approx. 50%.
